        How does the free trial work?

        Every plan starts with a free trial, with no card needed. Add your payment details any time during the trial; your first charge happens only when the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.

        How does annual billing work?

        Annual plans are charged once a year and cost less than twelve monthly payments. Monthly plans are billed each month.

        Can I change or cancel my plan?

        Yes, any time, from Plan & Billing in your workspace. Upgrades apply right away and you pay only the prorated difference; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.

        Are AI, calls, texts, and email included?

        Each plan includes a monthly allowance of texts and AI actions, shown on the plan, and Pro includes AI receptionist minutes. Fees from providers you connect yourself, such as Stripe card processing on payments from your customers, are billed by those providers.

        How does onboarding work?
